For this workshop please ~Bring a Journal or Sketchbook + Colored Pens, Markers and/or Pencils

We suggest ~ having a comfortable place to lay down for a portion of the workshop such as a yoga mat, couch, or bed (you will not be required to be on camera for this portion of the workshop as long as you can hear the meditation clearly)

~ having water and headphones accessible

Class Structure will look like a short introduction and check in point + journaling exercise before we go into a gentle grounding meditation and breathwork activity, opening up into a group Energy Reading before we dive into our Celestial Journey Meditation, a guided shamanic journey using meditation and visualization mixed with energy healing (Reiki and other Cosmic Energies) to bring us into a deep state of relaxation. Setting the intention to explore our Cosmic Selves through the Akashic Records and Mediumship. Ending class with a group Energy Healing and Light Language Activation. light language includes sound healing, toning and chanting and some group breathing exercises to integrate it all!

if that sounds wild it IS !!! and it will be fun but also know all you have to do is lie down and it try it, essentially its a guided meditation with a cosmic twist.
