Soul Retrieval Meditation

In this 27 minute Guided Meditation, Grace takes us into a relaxed state using energy healing and visualization with the intention of retrieving aspects of ourselves that has been splintered throughout time.

What does that mean exactly? Throughout our lives things happen, negative, positive, and everything in between, when some event or interaction happens in our life that can be intense we often jump outside our body in attempt to keep ourselves feeling safe, this can be as obvious as a bad car accident or a broken arm or as subtle as an uncomfortable conversation. This is meditation our intention is to call back those aspects of ourselves, to reintegrate all the parts of ourselves, and to remember who we are and what we are here for, which is connection and love.

Perhaps you have an incident in your life in mind you want to explore healing, I suggest journaling a little about your intention going into this meditation as you navigate this healing process. You do not need to have conscious awareness of what part of you you are looking to call back into your body in order for this meditation to be helpful.
