Journey to the Cosmos and Connect with Celestial Energies for healing and spiritual expansion.

In this class we will begin with a breathwork exercise to connect with the body and relax the mind.

We will then go into a guided visualization, regression style meditation and energy healing guided by Grace Lannon.

Grace connects with Reiki energy healing and Celestial Energies to bring the group healing, guidance and relaxation.

This meditation is intended for students to connect with Cosmic Energy and experience memory of experiences on other planets. We do this by taking you into your personal Akashic Records and guiding you into a relaxed state to connect with your subconscious mind.

The Akashic Records is an energy space where information is held about all time and space. To make it simple (ish haha), Psychic information about your past lives, current, parallel, and future experiences is stored in the Akashic Records.

This is something everyone can access~~~this is where I come in as the guide, to take you there!

No prior meditation or energy healing experience is necessary.

Students will be laying comfortably for most of the class, headphones encouraged, I suggest bringing water and a journal for taking notes.
