A 7 day mini course filled with energy healing and embodiment practices. This course contains video and written exercises. This is a self paced course, all elements will be sent to your email and are saved and available to you whenever you like.

This course is not about looking a certain way, changing your body, losing weight, getting swole, or any of the things that come to mind when you think of a body focused class. 

This course is about letting you feel safe enough to be inside your body, to step away from all the stories you tell yourself, the stories you have been told, years of pain and allow yourself, your soul to be comfortable inside your human body.

Come back to your body, find your magic and release shame and guilt associated with your body. We are gooey sticky magical beings, time to REMEMBER!
