This is what Akashic Deep Dive is ALL ABOUT! we Will go into great detail on the many different ways the akashic Records can “Work” you will also Experience for yourself Throughout this course what The Akashic Records feels like for you. Like many Spiritual Modalities the Akashic Records can be shared with words but Feeling is where we truly begin to understand What they are. if You're curious to expand Your Intuitive senses and learn more This Is the Class for you.

The records have been described many ways by many people both modern and historically.

I would describe them as a blueprint of our soul, or a huge computer archive of every moment that ever was, is, or will be.

Akasha loosely means Ether, the space that was created for all life and other elements to birth from.

The space before the space.

The outline of the story written by consciousness itself, God, Source, whatever your view point is, your higher self’s diary.

Akasha is a Sanskrit word meaning “Primary substance,” that out of which all things are formed.

The chicken or the egg 🥚 you know the old story.

Is it fate, is it destiny, or is it free will?

Are we chosen or did we choose?

The Akashic Records are a Spiritual Space, a State of Consciousness where we can access all that is, was and will be, anyone can access this space and in this Class we will talk About HOW

The Records are almost like an altered state of Awareness where we can fully access our Self throughout time, connect with spirit Guides, and Loved ones, send and receive Healing, ask questions, upgrade ourself, learn to let go, expand our Consciousness, and so much more from the most magical, think connecting to fairy realms and cosmic beings to the most mundane like gaining insight on applying for a new job.

I describe The Akashic Records as a sacred place (like a temple or A Church) where we can connect to Spirit and Ourselves and as we Evolve our ability to do so we can begin to do this work for others, and gain insight, healing and magic for others Through the akashic records.

AKASHIC DEEP DIVE MEETS LIVE ON ZOOM

  • 12 SESSIONS HELD OVER 14 WEEKS. THIS MEANS WE WILL MEET FOR 6 WEEKS THEN PAUSE FOR 2 WEEKS TO INTERGRATE, TO REST, AND RECABRILATE, THEN MEET again FOR 6 More Weeks of Magic

I Designed it this Way To Focus on Inner Healing and Connection to The Akashic Records through Personal Experience for the first 6 weeks then Meeting again for 6 more weeks to begin to “Read” the Records and Gain Insight on How to “Use” the Records yourself AND for Others.

Fridays 4-5:30 PM PST Starting March 8 2024- June 7th 2024.

IDEALLY YOU CAN COME TO CLASS AND ATTEND LIVE

WITH MANY DIFFERENT TIME ZONES AND LIFESTYLES WE WILL BE RECORDING ALL CLASSES SO ANYONE CAN ATTEND this class to expand their soul as it is written in the akashic records.

For The First 6 weeks of Class it will look A lot like a deep Meditation, we will “journey” together into the Records on different Themes to expand ourselves and Bring in Deep Healing through our own Personal Akashic Records. Each class will begin with a short Information Session, where Grace will talk about different themes, share Intuitive insight and then we begin our energy Healing work together going into the records. if you have ever done a guided visualization this will be structured very Similar, allowing space for your own experience while holding you in a State of Healing and Transformation.

These 6 calls will be a ceremony activating your own ability to heal yourself with the aid of The Akashic records.

The Second 6 weeks we begin discussing How to “Use” the records, what is their purpose for you? All the magical and Practical things we can do through the Akashic Records and what a Reading Might look like, how you can create a Reading Style of your own, and what it looks Like to read other people’s Records. we’ll dive into some Past life Healing, ending this Class with a healing activation to help you open up Your heart and your mind to continue your Journey with the Records And hold a Frequency of healing unique to yourself.

The Akashic Records are a energetic space where we can connect with our spirit through all time. This space holds psychic information about the now, the past and potential futures. This meditation class is meant to bring you into a state of relaxation so we can connect with our subconscious to receive information from the Akashic Records. This class is centered around taking you into the Akashic Records to connect with your

higher self and past life versions of yourself to allow for healing within this lifetime. This is done through guided visualization, sound and energetic healing.

For this class please find a quiet comfortable place to lay down, have a journal and pen. I suggest having water and headphones available.

Hike and Heal

Come Join Grace Lannon IN PERSON for a unique Energy Healing Experience in Sonoma County, CA, (location given upon sign up). We will be meeting for an enjoyable light hike followed by a group Reiki Energy Healing Experience.

Please bring layers for comfortable dressing, any other hiking materials you might require, water and snacks, a notebook and pen, and a light blanket or yoga mat to lay on top of for the energy healing portion of this event. A portion of this hike will be uphill so please wear comfortable shoes, sneakers or boots referred. This will be a low to mild intensity walk, before we stop and enjoy our healing Reiki Meditation.

We will share our meeting location privately, keep in mind you may need to pay a small fee for parking unless you have a Sonoma County park pass.

For the energetic healing portion of our meet up we will be sharing a Reiki and Breathwork Meditation with the group, I suggest having a relaxed evening planned so you don’t have to rush back into your life after our class.

For those unfamiliar with Reiki, it is a form of Energetic Healing, Grace is a Reiki Master trained in Traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho, Holy Fire Reiki, Karuna Reiki and Animal Reiki, meaning she is trained to teach and share Reiki, a system of energetic healing through a variety of tools such as Meditation. Allowing students to guide themselves with their breath and imagination while receiving this gentle healing activation.

Grace is devoted to continuing this practice and expanding her ability to help others understand themselves more deeply and find self compassion through Energy Healing, Meditation and Mediumship.

Reiki is described as “Universal Life Force Energy”, The “Ki” in “Reiki” refers to the energetic component. Different cultures recognize life force energy and call it by different names. Ki is used in Japan, where Reiki originates. This life force is found everywhere and in all things, including people, animals and plants. It sustains us. The energy is universal, denoted by the “Rei” in “Reiki”. The universal part of the Reiki definition signifies not only that this basic energy is found in everything, universally, but also that as a system of healing, we are drawing upon this energy from the universe, which is limitless and ever abundant, rather than drawing upon our own personal “Ki” or that of a another person, animal or object.

Reiki is a form of energetic healing that originated 100 years ago in Japan, and was brought over to the United States, via Hawaii and has since spread throughout the world, many different lineages, many different schools of thought and ways of working, but we are all connected to this energy.

To me, Reiki is about Remembering, it’s a frequency that we know, that we already hold and when receiving this energy it helps us bring our body into a state of relaxation in which we can begin to heal, and reveal all sorts of things to ourselves.

Reiki can feel so many different ways, like Fire, like tingly bubbles, carbonation all over your insides, cold waves of comfort, a warm embrace, the voice of your higher self, a platform for connection with your loved ones and spirit team, a steady stream, a raging River, droplets of dew in the morning, mist on your hair, a sunset.

Everyone experiences it differently and that’s why I think it’s so beautiful.

Reiki can be helpful for physical, emotional, mental and spiritual support.

I find it be an excellent complimentary treatment, for example if you’re working on healing an injury and you’re doing physical treatments, reiki can go hand in hand with that.

Reiki is powerful but not painful, and won’t interfere with medical treatments, it’s a place to reset, rejuvenate, and get your know yourself deeper.

Meet Your Spirit Guides Meditation Class

This a meditation class to connect with and meet your spirit guides.

Grace is an energy healer and medium who is skilled in taking her clients into trance states to experience their own connect with Spirit.

Everyone has Spirit Guides whether we are aware of them are not.

Spirit Guides are ethereal energies that assist us in our day to day life as well as grander spiritual tasks. Spirit Guides can be loved ones, ancestors, angels, cosmic energies, animals, dieties, and probably beings I have never even heard of before.

In this class we will go into a guided shamanic journey meditation to take you into a relaxed state of consciousness in which you can begin to develop your ability to connect in the spirit world.

Your Spirit Guides are already connected to you, so this class is designed to conciously introduce you to these energies so you can continue to build this relationship in your practice and day to day life.

This class begins with a Breathwork experience, moving into a guided visualization and ending with our shamanic journey into the upper world to meet your Spirit Guides and receive energetic healing.

Deepen your awareness of what these Guides can help you with and begin to understand how you can call them into your space for protection, healing, and information.

This is a Weekly Practice Circle, where we meet LIVE over Zoom on Wednesdays 5-7 pm PST from Feb 23, 2022- March 30 2022.

Learn to communicate with spirit and practice the skill of mediumship. This class is for all the levels of experience no prior mediumship experience required. This is a weekly practice circle where we meet to both give and receive readings as a group and practice and develop different skills within the realm of mediumship. 

Each week we will work on a different aspect of your intuitive skills with the intention of connecting with and bringing forward messages from spirits, angels, spirit guides, and cosmic energies. 

My goal of hosting this circle is to help people realize their gifts and feel safe to explore and share the information that flows through them, while giving you practical exercises you can continue to work with outside of our class.
